HOW LONG DOES SHIPPING TAKE?
We ship with next-day delivery. Keep in mind we only send shipments every Tuesday and Thursday.
This means when you order on Friday, your items will be send the following Tuesday with a next day delivery!
IS THERE TRACKING AVAILABLE?
All items will be shipped with DPD. All items come with a tracking number and if you have a customer-account with DPD, you can see and adjust your delivery time slot. Keep in mind that DPD will NOT deliver on Saturday and Sunday.
What if I missed the delivery?
On the DPD app, you can adjust your delivery slot in case you will not be home to prevent the parcel from being kept at the depot longer than necessary, or it is sent back to us.
If that happens, we can re-send the plant after paying for additional shipping costs, or we will refund you the price of the plant, not the shipping that has been paid.
Can I pick up in store?
Yes, you can pick up your orders from our shop in Crystal Palace. At check out you will have a free option for "PICK UP"

What if my plant is damaged?
We ship plants with the highest possible care, but if you're unhappy with how the plant has arrived, please do contact us with some pictures and we'll help you to the best of our possibilities!
HOW MUCH IS THE RETURN SHIPPING FEE?
If you have changed your mind return costs are your responsibility.

WHEN WILL I RECEIVE MY REFUND?
The refund will be transferred back to the same account the payment came from. After receiving the product back the refund will be back on your account within a few days (sometimes longer depending on your bank!)
