Unfortunately due to BREXIT, we are now only able to ship within the UK. This is something we are looking into, so hopefully in the future this is possible again!


All items will be shipped with DPD. All items come with a tracking number and if you have a customer-account with DPD, you can see and adjust your delivery time slot. Keep in mind that DPD will NOT deliver on Saturday and Sunday. Please adjust your delivery slot in case you will not be home to prevent the parcel from being kept at the depot longer than necessary, or it is sent back to us. If that happens, we can re-send the plant after paying for additional shipping costs, or we will refund you the price of the plant, not the shipping that has been paid. 



When placing an order, we will do our best to process this as fast as possible. We ship packages on Tuesday's and Thursday's, so when ordering on Friday, Saturday, or Sunday, your item will be shipped from the earliest of next Tuesday. 



We try to be as environmentally friendly as possible while being as efficient and safe when shipping plants. We use boxes made from recycled material or are eco-friendly. Sometimes we use a filling, wrapping, or boxes that have been used previously to minimize waste and promote recycling of materials.

All plants are packed with the most utmost care to transport it as safely as possible. Each plant is packed individually, and depending on size and style, it is generally packed as follows:

- Clingfilm to cover the soil from falling over (this is sometimes not possible depending on how the plant grows) It is possible you might find some soil in the packing but we do our best to minimize this!

- Paper wrapping with recycled thick paper. Sometimes we use plastic (biodegradable) air pillows or (previously used) plastic bubble wrap.

- Boxes are made from recycled materials and are generally double-walled for maximum strength.

- We tape the plants to the box to prevent moving and also use recycled filling material (this is either recyclable paper or previously used filling to minimize waste)



When placing an order, you will be asked for an email and a phonenumber. You will get emails and/or texts from DPD regarding your delivery. 

You will receive a one-hour time slot the day of delivery. If you are not home or unable to receive the parcel, please re-book the delivery for a day that you will be able to receive it. 

DPD will try to deliver it twice, before they will contact us, or ship back the parcel to us. When the parcel is being sent back to us, we will have to charge shipping again, or will refund you the price of the plant, and not the shipping. 



Due to the regulations to the EU, US and Canada, plants need a "Phytosanitary Certificate" which we are unable to provide at the moment! 



Yes, you can pick up your orders from our shop in Crystal Palace. At check out you will have a free option for "PICK UP"
