SHIPPING QUESTIONS

How long does shipping take?

We ship parcels on every Tuesdays and Thursdays, all with next-day delivery.

So when you order on a Friday, it will most likely be shipped on the following Tuesday.

Is there any tracking information?

All items are send with DPD, which has tracking too. When the items are dispatched, an automated email from DPD will be send with tracking information. The morning of delivery you will receive a 1-hour time slot

If you use the DPD app, you will be able to track the delivery almost to the minute!

Can I also pick up in store?

Yes, at check out it is possible to pick the item up in store. Select this at checkout!
