Terrarium Making Workshop

Come join us at our cozy plant shop for a fun and friendly terrarium making workshop! In this workshop, you'll learn how to create your own mini ecosystem inside a closed glass container.

We'll start off with a brief introduction to the history and science behind terrariums, as well as the different types of plants that can be used in them. Then, our instructor will guide you through the steps of preparing the soil and plants, and arranging them in a visually appealing way.

Throughout the workshop, you'll have the chance to ask questions and get personalized guidance from our instructor. By the end, you'll have a unique and beautiful terrarium that you can take home and care for. This is a great opportunity to connect with nature and create a living work of art. There is a welcome drink included and water is available all throughout the workshop. We also have additional cold drinks available for purchase.

The workshop ticket is per person. In case you would like to bring a friend or partner, to help you with the terrarium or to join you, please purchase an "Bring a plus one" in addition to your preferred date, as we are very limited on seating places!

Workshop add-ons:

As a standard, we will use the cork jar (W:17cm H25cm) but if you wish, there are add-ons available to upgrade your terrarium vessel to the Teardrop or Bell Jar Terrarium, simply add these in addition to your Terrarium Ticket.


The Teardrop terrarium: is a beautiful hand-blown bell jar that has an unique shape for your terrarium!
Measurements: 29cm wide - 32cm tall


The Bell jar: is an hand-blown terrarium has an elegant and unique shape for your terrarium! This one is wider and taller than the other two and will fit in more plants/decoration.
Measurements: 24cm wide - 26cm tall

You can change the vessel on the day as well, however it's a possibility they might not be in stock. We recommend booking your favourite vessel!

The workshop will last approximately 1.30-2 hours, please arrive 5-10 before starting time and get in touch if you're running late!
